Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

If you have a specific stay in mind (e.g. a 2 night weekend in a luxury treehouse) we can make the voucher out to reflect this.

Or if you have e.g. $500 budget, then the recipient can put this towards a stay of their choice.

All vouchers are valid for 12 months.

A single Saturday night is not available by using a gift voucher as we have a 2-night minimum stay.

If you have chosen to nominate nights on the voucher, and the recipient would like to change this (e.g. 2 night weekend to a 2 night mid-week stay) we are very flexible on this and they would either get a credit to use during their stay of the difference, or pay the balance of the difference on arrival, whichever applies.  Also if they have a 1 night voucher and would like to stay 2 nights then they can pay the difference on arrival.

Although we can post your gift voucher, we would prefer to email it as a PDF attachment as it is guaranteed to be delivered to you almost immediately.

We require the following information to complete the voucher:

• Your name, phone number, postal address / email.
• The recipient’s name and the message that you would like on the voucher.
• If you would like a specific stay, or a monetary value on the voucher.
• Payment details
