On Sunday 22nd February, 22 excited guest arrived to sample the sumptuous food on offer. The degustation lunch was so successful we have decided it will the first of many.
According to Wikipedia degustation is “a culinary term meaning a careful, appreciative tasting of various foods and focusing on…. the senses, high culinary art and good company. Dégustation is more likely to involve sampling small portions of all of a chef’s signature dishes in one sitting.
Feedback from our guests was that we achieved exactly that – the lunch delighted the senses, created an occasion where guests enjoyed good company, and gave Secrets an opportunity to show off some of Chef Erik’s fabulous dishes.
The menu included delights like….
