The virtual tours require a Java virtual machine installed.

The problem is that Windows XP does not ship with a Java virtual machine installed, although Windows 2000 (and previous versions) did.

If you have seen this window:

Then you definitely need to follow the steps below to install the Java virtual machine. (Don't click on "Download" on this window, because it doesn't work, it will just display a error message "We're sorry, you cannot view this page because it requires the Microsoft Java Virtual Machine (MSJVM). Your machine does not have the MSJVM installed.")

Steps to install the Java virtual machine

  1. Click on www.java.com or type into another browser window
  2. Click on "Java Software Free Download" or "Download Now »"
  3. Follow the instructions of the Java installer, such as "Agree" "Yes" "Next" "Continue" and "Finish"
  4. Return back to our virtual tour page (www.secretsonthelake.com.au/tours)
