Lizards Lair is Aldy’s favourite with big wide red hardwood floorboards and an amazing frilled neck lizard leaping from the front door. The special carvings also feature on mirrors and tables, ceramic lizards in the shower and a special lizard painted by an aborigonal artist on the wall. Colours of ochre, terracotta and turquoise echo the environment outside giving a calming feel of real Australia. Lizards Lair has found a secluded space in the rainforest with its own private outlook on the lake. Elevated about 5 metres off the ground at the front, and accessed by a lower boardwalk at the back.
